All Dreampad products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days, submit your return request using the form below. Please note that the 30-day period begins when your order is placed. This allows us to accurately track when the 30-day period is concluded. You should be able to evaluate the product within this amount of time. If for some reason shipping is seriously delayed, please contact us and we can extend the return period window. After a return is requested, we will email you a return confirmation and a return label. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your money on the original payment method you provided at checkout.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Regrettably, due to the high cost of return shipping, we do not provide refunds for international orders.

For Dreampad Pillows
Please return the pillow and Bluetooth receiver and any cables that are included in your original purchase.
You must use the original box to return your product. Using a larger box will increase the cost of freight significantly. Returning items not in original packaging will result in a $15.00 charge to cover additional freight costs. This will result in a reduction of $15.00 from the amount refunded.

For Weighted Blankets
We can accept returns of weighted blankets, but because of the high cost of shipping associated with this product, we must charge a $15.00 return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund.
If your Dreampad product arrives defective or damaged, or becomes so within the first year after purchase, we will replace it at no charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dreampadsleep.com.
If you have decided you would like a different product than the one you ordered and received, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us at support@dreampadsleep.com and we will initiate the process. We will refund your original purchase amount and charge you the new product price. In order to cover shipping costs for the exchange, a $10.00 fee will be applied to the transaction. This will appear as an additional line item on your new order. Dreampad products are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase. Alteration of Dreampad products will void warranty.
