Refund policy
Returns
We know that not everyone is going to like their Dreampad products and they may not work for you. Our return policy allows you 30 days from the time of order to try our Dreampad products.
We ask that you return the item in roughly the same condition that you received it. If the Dreampad product has been clearly damaged (run over by a car, destroyed by your dog), we reserve the right to not honor the refund. But in most cases there should be no problem.
After a return is requested, we will email you a return confirmation and a return label. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your money on the original payment method you provided at checkout.
Please note: you must return all products within their original packaging in order to receive a full refund. Orders returned without all items included will be charged a $40.00 fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
Also note: please return order within original boxes or equivalent-sized boxes. Because return shipping charges are highly sensitive to box size, we must charge a $15.00 fee for orders returned in larger than original boxes. This amount will be deducted from the refund provided.
International: Due to the high cost of return shipping internationally, we do not accept returns and do not provide refunds for international orders.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or Paypal account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Usually it takes about a week from the time we receive the returned product to when you receive the refund.

Sale Items
Sale items will be refunded the same as regular priced items, the amount of refund being the same as the purchase amount.
Exchanges and Warranty
If your Dreampad product arrives defective or damaged, or becomes so within the first year after purchase, we will replace it at no charge. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@dreampadsleep.com.
If you have decided you would like a different product than the one you ordered and received, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us at support@dreampadsleep.com and we will initiate the process. We will refund your original purchase amount and charge you the new product price. In order to cover shipping costs for the exchange, a $10.00 fee will be applied to the transaction. This will appear as an additional line item on your new order. Shipping
We will send you a return shipping label by email. We ask that you print this out, put it on the box (ideally the same box Dreampad product was shipped in) and take it to the nearest USPS location. For reference, our address is: Dreampad LLC, 5891 S. Youngfield Ct., Unit 174, Littleton, CO 80127, United States.
Please note we can only cover return shipping for items shipped in the United States.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
