FOR US ORDERS

All Dreampad products come with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days, submit your return request using the form below. Please note that the 30-day period begins when your order is placed. This allows us to accurately track when the 30-day period is concluded. You should be able to evaluate the product within this amount of time. If for some reason shipping is seriously delayed, please contact us and we can extend the return period window.


After a return is requested, we will email you a return confirmation and a return label. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund your money on the original payment method you provided at checkout.

Please note: you must return all products within original packaging in order to receive a full refund.


FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Regrettably, due to the high cost of return shipping, we do not provide refunds for international orders.

If you do not receive your confirmation within a day, please check your spam or junk folder, or email us at support@dreampadsleep.com.


For Dreampad Pillows and Aurras

Please return the pillow and all accessories (please put in accessory bag) that are included in your original purchase.

You must use the original box to return your product. Using a larger box will increase the cost of freight significantly. Returning items not in original packaging will result in a $15.00 charge to cover additional freight costs. This will result in a reduction of $15.00 from the amount refunded.


Please complete the return request form below. You will receive a printable return shipping label by email.

Please print this and affix to the original box. If you have lost or disposed of this, please use a box of the same size or smaller. Using larger boxes will result in a $15.00 charge to cover additional freight costs.


Insert the pillow in the original plastic bag. Include the Bluetooth receiver, charging cable, adapter and extension cable that were included with your original purchase. Please use the accessory bag if possible. Drop off at any location accepting US Postal Service packages. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund.


For Weighted Blankets

We can accept returns of weighted blankets, but because of the high cost of shipping associated with this product, we must charge a $15.00 return shipping fee. This will be deducted from your refund.


Complete the return request form below. You will receive a printable return shipping label by email.

Please return the entire package in the original box. If you have lost or disposed of the original box, that’s OK. Please package in a comparable box.  Please print and affix the USPS label to the USPS box and drop off at any location accepting USPS boxes.

Exchanges

If you have decided you would like a different product than the one you ordered and received, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us at support@dreampadsleep.com and we will initiate the process. We will refund your original purchase amount and charge you the new product price. In order to cover shipping costs for the exchange, a $15.00 fee will be applied to the transaction. This will appear as an additional line item on your new order. Warranty

Dreampad products are warrantied for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase. Alteration of Dreampad products will void warranty.
